ABOUT
Hello! My name is Amelia Corrada.
My pronouns are they and she. I am a genderqueer actor based in New York City.
I grew up in Colorado and attended middle school and high school at Denver School of the Arts. Before graduating at age 17, I performed professionally at many local theatres, including the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, The Edge Theatre, The Vintage Theatre and the Buntport Theatre.
During this time I also had the opportunity to perform at both the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the New York Fringe Festival.
I then was accepted into the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. After three years of very rewarding work, I earned my B.A.(Hons) degree in Professional Acting. Post-graduation I signed with Findley Ravenheart for representation in the UK. Soon after, I signed with Gallant Management for representation in the states.
In recent news: Amelia's original work Triptych, written with fellow LAMDA alumni Grace Olinski, will be premiering at the Denver Fringe Festival this summer! More information to come...
When I am not acting, I teach social justice as well as speech and debate with the Manhattan Youth Project.
